How I went from first half marathon to sub-2 in six months with RHWB
I heard about sub-4 and sub-2 during last RHWB season, and I looked it up on google for what it means. A full marathon under 4 hours, and an half marathon under 2 hours - so respectable among running community.

Thank you everyone and thank you @Mo RHWB Coach.
It was indeed special. One, being able to do it, and I can’t thank RHWB group enough for enabling us. There is so much collective wisdom in this group. This is a lifetime of learning, compressed in 3 months.

Just want to give a massive shout out for coach Saurabh who was instrumental and played massive role in my son starting to enjoy running ( from absolutely hating it 4 months back ) and my wife silpa completing her HM today with broad smile at finishing line - 4 months back she thought HM was impossible for her - massive credit to coach saurabh , the way he literally hand held Ansh and Silpa, guided them every step of the way.

Finished my first ever 5K 😌😊Couldn’t join the group today due to a last min situation. Even though I missed being with you all, want to take this opportunity to thank a few people- my family for their support, my friend Amruta Lokhande for introducing me to this amazing program and group, Coach Shalini and Coach Bala for all the training, guidance and being that constant voice which pushes you to get out there.
