In this episode of weekend message Coach Bala talks about two items that will be introduced this week:


1. Metrics dash: What we measure improves. At RHWB we measure Commitment and dedication to the running program by tracking the number of training days. If a runner goes without missing any run or strength for the entire meso he/she gets a 5.0


2. Kinetic Chain workouts: We will introduce a new strength training regimen that will reinforce and strengthen all the muscle groups in the kinetic chain of our body that helps in running. We discuss what they are and what to expect going fwd
