Ajay lives in Prosper, TX with his wife Sujata (an active runner with RHWB family) and 2 boys – age 7 and 12. He is a passionate runner and dedicated member of RHWB since season 6. He was introduced to RHWB by his friend-turned-coach Saurabh. He was never in dilemma on joining a structured running program since he heard exceptional things about previous seasons. In retrospect, he is fully gratified by his decision, and it has left an indelible impression on his and his family’s life.

Ajay is a fitness and sports enthusiast. He was a short distance runner (5K, 10K) before joining RHWB. In October 2021, Ajay, along with his wife, achieved a significant milestone by completing their first ever half marathon, and since then he has never looked back. It sparked a passion to do more, and that has transformed him into a full marathon runner.
With six half marathons and two full marathons by Season 10 under his belt, Ajay thrives on the camaraderie of group runs and cherishes the tranquility of long conversation pace runs. Ajay believes the well-structured training program, support, and inspiration from RHWB community and coaches has helped him to be not only a Marathoner but also a better human being.

Beyond running, he finds joy in playing tennis and socializing with friends. Professionally, Ajay serves as a product manager with a major Automotive OEM.
Season 11 will be his first season as a coach, and Ajay is eagerly looking forward to sharing his learnings with fellow runners.
